Data collected
- Subscription request: last name, first name, company, email, phone, city and country, preferred plan and message.
- User accounts: name, email and display preferences.
- Business data entered by the customer: customers, suppliers, products, documents, transactions.
- Technical data: IP address and connection logs, for security purposes.
Purposes
This data is used to process your request and contact you, to provide and secure the service, and to provide support. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Hosting and security
Data is hosted by Hetzner Online (Germany) and served via Cloudflare. Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), each company's data is isolated and backed up every day in encrypted form.
Retention period
Subscription requests that do not go ahead are kept for at most twelve months. A customer's data is kept for the duration of the subscription, then for a reasonable period allowing export or resumption.
Cookies
InvoRiva only uses the cookies needed to operate: login session, protection against request forgery (CSRF) and chosen language. No advertising cookies.
