General terms of use and sale
The rules governing the use of the InvoRiva service and your subscription.

1. Subject
InvoRiva is online business management software (invoicing, business documents, POS, stock, cash, human resources and projects depending on the plan). These terms govern access to and use of the service.
2. Access and accounts
Access is granted once a subscription request is approved. Login details are personal; the customer is responsible for keeping them confidential and for actions carried out with their accounts. The number of user accounts depends on the plan subscribed.
3. Plans, prices and payment
Plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions are monthly or yearly; the yearly subscription comes with a 10 % discount. Amounts shown in a currency are indicative: the exact amount and billing currency are confirmed before any payment.
4. Term, renewal and termination
The subscription runs for the chosen period. At its end, it is renewed once the next period is paid. Without renewal, access is suspended; data is kept for a reasonable period to allow resumption or export.
5. Your data
The customer remains the owner of the data they enter. InvoRiva hosts it, backs it up and uses it only to provide the service. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Your account data (name, e-mail address, phone number and password, stored only in encrypted form) is used for sign-in purposes: to identify you, secure access to your space (verification codes, security alerts, password reset) and write to you about your account and subscription. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties, nor used for advertising.
6. Availability
InvoRiva takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability and security of the service, including daily backups. Occasional interruptions may occur for maintenance.
7. Liability
The customer remains responsible for the content of their documents and their compliance with legal and tax obligations. InvoRiva cannot be held liable for non-compliant use of the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Algerian law.
