How do I get access to InvoRiva?
Fill in the subscription request. An administrator contacts you, confirms your plan, receives your payment and sends you your login details.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time; your data stays in place and the new modules are activated immediately.
Are my documents compliant with my country's regulations?
Your invoices carry your company's tax and legal identifiers, your tax rates and the amount in words. You stay in control of the wording and layout.
Is my data secure?
Each company has a strictly isolated workspace. Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS) and data is backed up every day.
Do I need to install software?
No. InvoRiva runs in a browser, on computer, tablet or phone.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card via a secure link or international bank transfer. Your advisor tells you the simplest payment method from your country.
How many users can I create?
It depends on the plan: 3 users with STARTER, 5 with BUSINESS and 10 with ENTERPRISE. A deactivated account frees its seat.
